Dogs are welcome at Rosebank. Please make sure to bring their beds, do not allow them on furniture and never leave them unattended in the rooms.

There is so much to see and so little time...Take advantage of the maps and information available in your rooms or ask for directions, Don't miss out on the opportunities this fabulous countryside has to offer.

Home-cooked breakfast will always be included in your rate with a choice of continental or full Scottish breakfast amongst other delicious dishes. Home-made bread, jams, butter and "tattie" scones are always on the menu. Fresh eggs are laid daily by our lovely hens and evening meals are also available upon request. Please check with us for the menu.

Here at Rosebank we love the environment and we would like to help keeping theses pristine landscapes as they are, please be mindful of how you treat your rubbish especially when out and about, please give us what you have to be recycled and we will take care of it.

Please feel free to roam around our gardens, sit by the fire in the Guests lounge or in the conservatory. If you are lucky a nice BBQ will be waiting for you outside...

We can cater for any dietary requirements as long as we are warned beforehand.
