Born in Dumfries (Scotland) in 1969 I spent many years travelling the world, spending time in Miami, Trinidad and ultimately London all the while working in hospitality.
Of the many experiences and roles I have covered I believe having spent 11 years at the wonderful Goring Hotel in London was by far the best. I have looked after Royalty on many occasions and it is my aim to reserve the same treatment to our guests, welcome!
Davide
Born in Milan (Italy) in 1970 I spent most of my life working in hospitality and travelling when I could. In the last 25 years I have acquired a large amount of experience working mainly in London for large hospitality company where I have learnt the trade to the best of my ability. It was during my time working for Morgans Hotels in London that I have met Sharon, the person which was to become my wife and partner. Having covered many roles during my times I hope I will be able to use these experiences to make your stay a very special one.
Our journey to the Trossachs...
In the winter of 2010 when we had our first hiking holiday in Scotland little we knew that one day we will be living here ourselves running a B&B.
But as the years went by the time we spent roaming in the wilderness increased and we both knew that this was what we wanted. We were completely in love with this land so beautiful, harsh and lush. We took our time deciding where we wanted to settle and came to the conclusion that the Trossachs National Park was where we wanted to be. So here we are very much looking forward to this new amazing chapter in our lives and ready to make your stay just as magical as this journey has been for us. Welcome to Rosebank House!!!
